Hampton Roads IT’s rates are extremely competitive. You will find that our prices are considerably lower than most of our competitors. Do not be fooled into thinking that this means you will be getting work of any less quality. You will just simply be getting more for your money.
Remote Computer Repair – $49 per hour
With a little help from you, I have the ability to securely access your network from my office, and are able to literally take over individual PCs. This enables us to save money by reducing drive-time, a savings which is passed onto our clients. It also enables us to solve most of your problems quickly and easily. Regular maintenance and repairs are able to be done remotely.
Off-Site Computer Repair – $59 per hour
When your computer issue cannot be handled remotely, it has to be dealt with in person. Off-site repair consists of me coming out and picking up the computer or hardware and taking it back to the office for repair. Our most popular option.
On-Site Computer Repair – $79 per hour
On-Site repair is exactly as it sounds, I come out to your location and do the work. For some of our services, this is the only option because I have to be there to physically install something on site.
